If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Prices are displayed in British pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

Customers will not be charged additional delivery fees where the checkout expressly states that standard delivery is free.

We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.

Estimated processing and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy and may also be displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and occasional delays may occur because of carriers, customs procedures, peak periods, adverse weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting the order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels.

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

This policy does not restrict any statutory rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

Purchases made from the Pawshire store are transactions between the customer and the operator of Pawshire, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through our store.
